Care & Share Calls keep you well informed of your child’s progress through regular discussions. We encourage you to take advantage of these.

They are important because it allows:

• Families to build a relationship with their child’s key person.
• An exclusive time slot agreed with you and your key person to discuss your child’s development.
• Time to discuss any worries you may have or ask any questions.

Care & Share Calls are offered:

• Following children’s Termly Assessments
• As part of a 2 Year Progress Check
• By request of the Parent/ Carer
• By request of the Key person / SEND Worker
